The wrap

When they make a wrap

they pound the flour mixture flat

place the contents 

roll it and cook it on hot iron 

until ready to eat

I am the contents

life has wrapped me in time

pounded me

and rolled me over fire

I am ready to eat

but I will be hard to swallow
